Please read before making an appointment.
House Rules
We would like to provide the highest quality service to all of our customers at Ume Sakura. While our kimono experience is by appointment only, please understand that there are other customers before and after. We ask you to follow our house rules below in order to make everyone's experience as pleasant as possible.
Accompanying Guests
Due to limited space, we only allow customers with an appointment inside the salon. Please ask your guest or group to wait nearby. Please do not bring small children for safety reasons. (e.g. hot hair iron, glass doors, and etc.)
No Pets Allowed
Please do not bring your pets to our salon. There is no space for them to wait inside or outside of our building, so it's best that they stay at home.
Please be Punctual
We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. In case you are late or need to reschedule, please give us a call as soon as possible. TEL: 075-432-7677
Hair and Makeup
While our rental includes hair styling, we do not offer a makeup service. Please apply your makeup before coming to our salon. Out of consideration to the next customer, we ask that you exit the salon once your service is complete.
《Caution about cancellation》
This is a private salon with only one group per hour.
Therefore, uncertain reservations will cause inconvenience to other customers who wish to make reservations.
Please make a reservation with a solid plan.
Also, if you have to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us at least 2 days in advance.
If you cancel on the day of the reservation, or if you cancel without contacting us, you will be charged a cancellation fee, so please make a reservation after agreeing.
